The stay at this resort was a WONDERFUL place for our family! Our daughters truly enjoyed having a pool and spa tub to jump into right after waking up! We paid for the heated pool and we feel it was well worth the added price. The house was spotless and had almost everything we might have needed for our stay (needed sugar for my coffee). The community pool was very refreshing but not too cold. The clubhouse was really nice and we were able to request a movie to watch in the movie theater on the one day we had thunderstorms and the little arcade was a nice addition as well. We felt very safe in the community and didn’t want to end our vacation here! Mike was very responsive and provided information on an upcoming event when we arrived for our stay and he was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Will be hard to stay anywhere else in the area 👍🏽

We stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Within easy reach of all parks, having somewhere like this to come back to after busy days was just perfect. The owner and the management company are approachable, and answered all our questions both prior to, and during, our stay. As we’re from the U.K. it may be a while before we return, but when we do we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

We stayed in Mike’s villa in August 2023 for 15 nights.
The villa is excellently located on the gated resort of Windsor Palms where we have stayed previously, and is great for access to Disney, Margaritaville, Sunset Walk and the other numerous shops and restaurants on US192 (we didn’t do Universal this time but Interstate 4 to Universal is simple to find off of US192). Walmart, Target & Publix are also very easy to get to.
We have stayed in other villas at Windsor Palms and without doubt this is one of our favourites. The villa was spotlessly clean, it is well laid out and we found it to be extremely comfortable which is ideal for relaxing after a busy day at the parks.
The villa has been very well maintained. The villa is accessed via a key-pad meaning there is no need to worry about losing keys!!
The pool area is fantastic, with a large patio area, a nice hot tub, and comfortable loungers. Again, the pool was really clean and very well looked after.
Mike’s communication throughout the whole booking process was great. He always responds promptly, and all the information he provided is clear and concise. We would definitely recommend Mike’s villa.

Absolutely amazed!! Michael the host was very responsive answered all my questions! House was very beautiful and up to par enjoyed it so much I didn’t want leave. Very close to the Disney parks and about 35 min to universal! Very close to all the grocery stores and things to do! We will definitely be back!:)

Stayed for a week with two adults and a 9 year old. We have not one complaint! This place is great and I hope to stay here again in the future! Super convenient location to all of the parks, especially Disney. We did both Disney and Universal, and the drive to both was very reasonable. We took a day trip to Anna Maria Island and that was an easy two hour day trip, and well worth the drive. Home was very clean upon arrival. Be aware it is a self catering home, which we were prepared for. There were enough toiletries upon arrival to get you by until you can get to a store if you do not pack any. The pool was so great and it was so nice to have the private space in the evenings to wind day from a busy day with a swim. We went to the community store once for some floats and they were super friendly and there was a good selection of things that you may need if you forget something. We never went to the community pool because we were so happy with the private pool at the home. 5 stars!

We had a fantastic stay here. We were a family of 4 and found the house to be very spacious. Having your own pool but also the larger one at the central complex was a big plus. Location wise it’s really handy for all the Disney parks, Walmart and plenty of diners. Big thumbs up from us 👍

This was our Airbnb spot for our Disney vacation. Beautiful, private, comfortable location. Free from bustle but close enough to still enjoy a variety of restaurants. All four parks were an easy quick drive (15-20 min give or take). The host, Michael, was incredible! Very responsive and helpful for any questions! Check in and out were easy and home was clean. Will stay again!

This place was amazing! We loved our stay. The house is clean and has what you need. We didn’t anticipate using the resort amenities but LOVED using the bigger pool, the theater, ping-pong, etc. It was also super convenient to the parks. We would recommend to anyone going to Orlando and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! He was so quick to respond with any questions we had! Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable, even in the Mickey room. The pool was nice and warm, which was wonderful for my aching feet after 12 hours at Magic Kingdom. The kitchen had everything I needed and I made serveral meals in here. I love that he included a game garage, high chair, strollers and the works. I will definitely book this spot again on our next trip!

Great location: close to Disney parks. Quiet neighborhood with some nice community features including heated pool, volleyball courts, playground and splash pad. We were also able to watch a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral from the backyard.
The host was quick to respond and great to work with.

Michael is a very attentive host who made sure our needs were attended to, such as visitors were on the gate list, the pool and hot tub heater were taken care of, and any questions were answered promptly. The house location is perfect! So many things to go to nearby! My family did all the Disney Parks, Mini Golfing, and went to nearby restaurants. We even went to nearby stores for our groceries and other needs. Gait check in was friendly and convenient. If you want to stay in a beautiful location/house definitely use this host!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay and for a great price. The location is perfect as it is a close drive to Disney, and it is also near a major road with many restaurants. My kids loved the pool and they stayed in it for hours each day. I paid for the heated pool and the temperature was just right! The house was very clean and has most essentials in the kitchen. The size of the rooms were good. The place is clean and many towels were provided for you to use. There were some floaties at the pool and you can use. There even a hot tube jacuzzi! There were many pots and pans and dishes for you to use in the kitchen. He even included some beach toys, umbrellas, stroller, bikes, coolers in the garage for the guests to use. Very thoughtful and considering! Make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, paper towel and napkins, these are not included. There are some shops in the area and you can buy groceries and essentials. We didn’t get a chance to use the club house but it looked really nice. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.

He literally had everything you could think of for families staying there – The only thing I would recommend is a more comfy couch ; We only used one night and kids stayed in rooms cuz their wasn’t enough room for all of us as a family 🙁 Pool was great, though !

We really enjoyed the amenities this home offered. There were a few things that were not clean upon our arrival. The grill was dirty and filled with used charcoals, the toaster had some sort of white pastry stuck in the inside, and the dryer was full of sand that caused me to have to clean the inside before I could use it. I would recommend packing extra cleaning supplies.

Great place for a family stay. Lots of entertainment (games, bikes, pool toys) provided. Also great for those with little ones. Anything you’d need for the 3 and under are available like high chair, pack and play and plastic dinnerware. I loved that these were readily provided for which is what parents need for their kids after a long day at Disney and you don’t have to think about it yourself.

Wonderful place to stay for families. My kids absolutely loved having their own pool and hot tub. We asked the host ahead of time to have the pool heater turned on and I’m glad we did, as it would’ve been a bit cold for the kids. The hot tub needs to be turned on about 3–45 minutes ahead of time to warm up, but heats up really nice and as an added bonus, when not being used it drains into the pool to give it a little extra warmth. The house was clean and had plenty of clean towels and bedding. Make sure to bring dishwasher detergent and laundry soap for your stay, as those items are not included. The resort has some great, family friendly amenities, such as a big community pool and hot tub, pool bar, splash pad, movie theatre, convience store, arcades, and tennis courts. So there’s a ton to do within the resort, not to mention that all the Disney parks are only about 10 minutes away. There’s also several outlet malls within 20 minutes. Highly recommend this stay for relaxation or family fun!

Our host, ,was responsive(I had a few questions), the villa was very clean, amenities were great! The staff at the amenities were also very engaging. Our 3 yr old granddaughter had never been in a movie theatre…we were able to choose the movie and time and bought some great snacks at the club house store. She was thrilled! The Tiki Bar was convenient and tasty, reasonably priced bar food. This Villa is located within a couple of miles of great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Having a heated pool at our villa turned out to be the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Michael’s home is very nice and located in a great community. A lot of the resort amenities were closed so that was a bummer considering the fact that we paid a little than we budgeted for because we factored in the resort amenities. We did however enjoy the private pool and spa. Also, the grill is located inside the garage – took us a while to figure that out so we didn’t get to use it. The only thing I’d say needs updating is the cushions on the outside patio and the shower head in the master bathroom. Other than that, great place!

Michael was very nice. His response time is quite fast, and his instructions are crystal clear/easy to follow. His place was absolutely beautiful and I loved every moment of my stay. This place was the total home away from home package. The amenities Michael provided were unbelievable. From bicycles, game room, charcoal grill and jacuzzi; to the smallest kitchen utensil you’ll never think of using. Definitely somewhere you want to stay, and hate when you have to leave.
