Southern White House: The villa has a fully enclosed lanai with a south facing pool/spa. This villa is located just 30 minutes from Disney World. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you are likely to need to enjoy home cooked meals. Guests also enjoy FREE WiFi and free hi-speed streaming.

Play Time: The villa has an amazing game room that has a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey. If you want to explore the community, there is a BBQ/picnic area, basketball court, children’s play area, fishing lake, and tennis court. There is also a nature trail where you can go birding or just get some walking in. Not far from the villa are golf courses.

The Pool

Pool: Southern White House has FREE spa heating included within the published nightly rate. However, the pool heating has an additional fee of $25/night. If you want to experience the water but don’t want to pay the heating fee, you can also go fishing in the community lakes!

Outdoors: There is a shared backyard with neighbors. If you want the little ones to stay close-by, the enclosed lanai is a great option. There are also cushioned beach chairs and lounge chairs available if you want to relax. If you want to get some exercise, there are outdoor walking trails. There is also a Pack N’ Play that you can set up on the patio.

Disney World

Getting Here: Once you have landed in Orlando (MCO), it is a 40 minute drive to Southern White House. We can help point you in the right direction so that you can secure your car rental, guide you to the villa, and get you settled in. There are also several airlines and major cities with nonstop flights.

Getting Around: A car rental is the most economical way to get around the city. Uber and taxis are also available. If you are not traveling with kids and you plan on eating out most nights, then Uber is a great idea. If you are traveling with kids and will need to make frequent trips to the grocery store and run errands, then renting a car makes sense.
