Living Area

Living Area: The living area combines the kitchen, living area, and dining area and is perfect for relaxing or chatting with guests while preparing meals. There is also a separate Game Room that is located in the Garage. It has additional seating as well as a TV, foosball, pool table, and air hockey!

Dining Area

Dining Area: The indoor dining area comfortably seats six, which is adjacent to the living area. However, chances are you will want to take most of your meals al fresco on the spectacular covered seating poolside. The outdoor dining table seats 4. There is also lounge seating with poolside tables.

Kitchen

Kitchen: The wonderful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a fabulous meal. There is a breakfast room that comfortably seats 4, as well as 2 bar stools that pull up to the kitchen island. The kitchen overlooks the living room, so you can still chat with friends!

Pool

Pool: There is a private heated pool and spa that is located in a covered seating area. The great thing is that the patio furniture is both under the covered patio and out in the sun, so you can have both! Start out your morning by swimming some laps or just splashing around in the pool.
